Wondering where your squishy friends are? Here's everything you need to track your Bumble & Bear order.

How tracking works

As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre, we'll email you a tracking number along with a link to follow your parcel's journey. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Delivery times

• UK Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• UK Express delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch (order by 2pm).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods such as Christmas.

Haven't received a tracking email?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If there's still nothing 48 hours after ordering, email us at pound.irfan@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Tracking shows delivered but no parcel?

Couriers sometimes mark items delivered slightly early, or leave them in a safe place. Please check with neighbours and safe spots, and wait 24 hours. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.

Wrong address?

If you entered the wrong delivery address, contact us immediately at pound.irfan@gmail.com — if the parcel hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct it.
