Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Welcome to Bumble & Bear (bumblebear.shop). By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Bumble & Bear is a UK-based online retailer of plush toys and gifts. Contact: pound.irfan@gmail.com.

2. Products & pricing

We work hard to display products, colours and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll email you an order confirmation, and your contract with us begins when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — you'll always receive a full refund if we do.

4. Payment

We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Track Your Order page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

See our Return Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right for online orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7. Product safety

Our plush toys are chosen with care and carry appropriate age guidance and safety certifications. Always follow age recommendations, and inspect toys regularly. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or your local courts if you live elsewhere in the UK).

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
