We want you to love every cuddle. If something isn't right, our hassle-free return policy has you covered.

30-day returns

You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at pound.irfan@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return — we'll reply with return instructions.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away, including return postage — no quibbles.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, personalised/customised items (such as personalised photo pillows) cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Delivery charges are refunded only where the item is faulty or the order was incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? Let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange an exchange — subject to availability.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt.
