Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

At Bumble & Bear ("we", "us", "our"), protecting your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop at bumblebear.shop, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers) when you place an order, create an account, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Information page).

2. How we use your information

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to provide customer support.
  • To communicate with you about your order, returns, and enquiries.
  • To improve our store, products and customer experience.
  • To send marketing emails you have opted in to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We share your information only as needed: with delivery couriers to fulfil your order, with payment processors to take payment securely, and with service providers (such as analytics) who help us run the store. We never sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes (normally 6 years in the UK), and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at pound.irfan@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

6. Children's privacy

Our store sells children's products, but purchases must be made by adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

7. Contact us
